The location of the Riad was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We easily found the Riad with the help of the provided map and landmarks nearby. The staff was there to assist us with everything we needed, and even provided a car to take us to the airport. The room was impressive, blending authentic and modern elements, with beautiful furniture and artwork. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. The facilities, such as the pool and the library, were perfect for relaxation.
The music in the restaurant could be quite loud in the evenings.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, tucked away down a dark alley in the heart of the Medina. The ambiance was incredible, with attention to detail evident in everything from the stunning candelabras to the state-of-the-art B&O speakers in the rooms. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were especially impressed with the exceptional service provided by Aziz, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The outdoor pool area was stunning, offering a perfect balance of sun and shade for sun worshippers like us. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We were moved and inspired by the fine city of Marrakesh. Wonderful staff who are always available to help. Private roof terrace for soaking up the sunshine. Beautiful breakfast and meals. Really good eye for detail throughout.
